REVIEW GUIDE

1. Check the environment
The banner identifies Preparation or Meta test mode. Preparation has no provider connection. The protected test mode uses a separate database and only the configured Meta test account.
2. Review a conversation
After the approved recipient sends an incoming message and the authorised filtered receiver is connected, open Team inbox. Review the actual message and service window, pause automation, write a labelled reply, review its recipient and body, then send once. Acceptance and signed delivery events are shown separately.
3. Review templates
Open Message templates, choose a fixed draft and check Meta’s returned status. A submission requires review of the exact name, language, category and body. An existing remote template may be reconciled rather than created again.
4. Understand the limits
Real-number coexistence and general customer sending are separate from this workspace. Staff sign-in uses CLARYS credentials. Facebook Login for Business is used for the separate administrator connection journey; reviewers are never asked for the owner’s Facebook password.
The completed messaging and management videos are separate evidence. This workspace never labels simulated data or an unconnected preview as a successful live test.
